I just heard about the amount that Sarah Palin has spent on clothing and makeup. If she would not have spent money on her appearance, then she would not look the part of VP. There is a certain presumed appearance of people in public service. She is just trying to look the part.

I really enjoyed the the speech of John McCain tonight. I saw a true hero and leader tonight. Lots of good ideas and patriotism.

I was on the fence politically this year... I will say that Barack Obama give a great, motivational speech. I find myself leaning towards the Republican Side as even though I strongly disagree with some of the parties plans (pro life, religion ...), I can respect them for their belief and core values.
