Does anyone else experience more asthma problems during the summer months vs winter months. I always feel very out of breathe and like I am about to have an asthma attack when it is hot outside.
Anyone have any tips on how to deal with this better?
I don't have asthma, but when it is hot and humid outside in the summertime I find that I have a lot of trouble breathing. I have read that when the lungs have to process a lot of water from the air, then it has to work harder and people can feel as if it is difficult to breath.

If your an asthmatic person make sure that your surrounding is totally clean not polluted and free from dust. Air pollution is one factor of your asthma attack. If you'll visit in crowded places, always use face mask to protect you from breathing unfresh air.
